If you've used up your high-speed data, you can buy more — this is called a top-up — in the Thrive Mobile app or the web app.
In the Thrive Mobile app (Android)
- Open the app and go to Account → Data Usage.
- Tap Add high-speed data.
- Choose an amount and enter your payment details.
- You'll see a confirmation when it's added.
In the web app (iPhone or older Android)
Go to webapp.thrivemobile.com, sign in, open Data Usage, and choose Add high-speed data.
If you're on the Unlimited plan
Unlimited members don't buy data top-ups. Instead, the money in your wallet keeps your plan active — you can add funds the same way, under Account → Data Usage.
